This policy explains what information Keptrate handles, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect
Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive the message and the address used to send it so we can read and reply. Cloudflare may process the message as part of the email forwarding service described below.
Technical information for hosting and security. Cloudflare provides the hosting, DNS, and email forwarding used by this site. Like other infrastructure providers, it may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the service.
Aggregated site usage data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page use and performance. It loads one Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon script and collects page-level aggregated data such as page views, referring source, country, browser or device type, and Core Web Vitals. It does not use an identifier to track an individual. Cloudflare handles this data under its privacy policy.
Affiliate referrals. When you click an affiliate link, the destination vendor may set or read referral information on its own site. That information is handled by the vendor under its privacy policy; Keptrate does not set an affiliate cookie on this site.
We do not collect payment information, sell products directly, or handle card details.

Cookies
Keptrate does not currently set cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, but its beacon does not use cookies or localStorage to collect usage metrics. A vendor site you reach through an affiliate link may use its own referral cookie, governed by that vendor’s privacy policy.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, email forwarding, and Web Analytics)
- Affiliate destination vendors, when you choose to follow an affiliate link, under their own privacy policies
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with anyone else except where legally required.
How long we keep it
We do not operate a fixed retention schedule for enquiries. We keep correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to read, respond to, and handle related follow-up, then delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask what enquiry information we hold about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or object to its handling by emailing [email protected]. If a request concerns Cloudflare or an affiliate destination vendor, we may direct you to that provider because it controls the relevant information.
International transfers
Cloudflare or an affiliate destination vendor may process information outside your country under its own service terms and privacy policy. Where required, applicable safeguards are used by the relevant provider.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
