Circle Pricing 2026: What Is Actually an Add-On?

Pricing last verified .

Circle’s add-on story is narrower than the usual comparison article suggests. The public pricing page shows one add-on with published prices: Email Hub. Branded Apps is presented as a sales-led product, while Circle Plus shows no public plan price.

The more important correction is about the feature list. Headless, Workflows, and Analytics are not separate add-ons in the current public presentation. Circle lists them as Business-plan features.

Start with the plan, then separate the axes

Circle’s public page displays its plan figures on an annual-billing basis. The recorded plan context is:

Community plan Displayed monthly equivalent Platform fee
Professional $89.00 2.0%
Business $199.00 1.0%

These are community-plan figures. The cost comparison estimates monthly cost from revenue and the number of member transactions. An Email Hub charge does not belong in that calculation because its billing axis is contacts.

The only public-priced add-on: Email Hub

Circle labels Email Hub as optional and says it is charged on top of the community plan. Its selector is based on how many contacts you have. The published points are shown below as a separate add-on table:

Separate addon charge. Billing axis: contacts, not members or revenue. Each amount is added to the community plan. Prices last verified 2026-08-22.
AddonBilling axisContacts in pricing tierAdditional monthly cost
Email HubcontactsLess than 100$0/mo
Email Hub — tier 2contacts10,000+$99/mo
Email Hub — tier 3contacts25,000+$199/mo
Email Hub — tier 4contacts50,000+$299/mo
The addon is charged separately from the community plan. The billing axis shown here is contacts; it is not the member count used by the site's core cost model and it is not revenue.

Sources checked through 2026-08-22; individual source dates and verification status: Circle pricing — Email Hub contact-count tiers, monthly add-on prices, and charged-on-top-of-community-plan note (checked 2026-08-22) (directly verified)

This is a separate add-on table. The Email Hub axis is contacts, not community members and not revenue. A revenue scenario cannot tell you which Email Hub tier applies; you need the relevant contact count.

Circle also says the first 30 days are free. That introductory period does not change the recurring tier prices in the table, and it should not be treated as a permanent discount.

What is not a priceable add-on

Branded Apps: request a quote

Circle presents Branded Apps with a custom-demo path. Its public pricing page does not publish a monthly price for the option, so this article does not attach a numeric premium to it. If your decision depends on a branded app, ask Circle for a quote and the exact scope of the offer.

Circle Plus: the plan price is not public

Circle Plus appears as a public plan tab, but the page presents it with “Talk to sales” rather than a plan price. The plan therefore stays out of the numeric plan model.

Circle’s help page separately lists a Circle Plus transaction fee of 0.5%. That is a transaction-fee figure, not the monthly price of the Circle Plus plan. Do not use it as a substitute for a plan quote.

Headless, Workflows, and Analytics: Business features

The current Business feature list includes Headless Member API, Admin API, Workflows, and Analytics. That means the old framing of these items as separate add-ons is not supported by the current public plan presentation.

The practical question is therefore Professional versus Business, not “which of four separate add-ons should I buy?” If one of these capabilities is the reason you are considering an upgrade, check the Business feature list and compare the full plan terms. There is no separate row for these features in the add-on table because the source places them inside the plan.

What to budget

Use the add-on table when the requirement is email contacts. Use the core cost tables when the question is community-plan cost from member revenue. Keep the quantities separate:

Your requirement Correct pricing question
Community hosting and payments Which community plan and transaction-fee structure applies?
Email Hub Which contacts tier contains your list?
Branded Apps What quote and scope does Circle provide?
Circle Plus What plan price does Circle provide, separately from its published transaction fee?
Headless, Workflows, or Analytics Are the Business-plan features sufficient?

The cleanest budgeting sequence is to choose the community plan, then add Email Hub only if the contact list requires it. Keep a quote placeholder for Branded Apps or Circle Plus rather than inserting an invented number.
